When you hear the word success, what do you imagine? Do you see a legendary sleek 300 SLR Mercedes-Benz
Roadster of the 1950s, or the ostentatious gilded mansion The Breakers that was used by the Vanderbilts in Newport, Rhode Island? Or do you see a room filled with people laughing? You see your family, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and business colleagues? Or are you at home in your family room, the fireplace blazing, candlelight dancing across your mantle, and your children gathered around the couch as you play a game of Taboo on a Friday evening? Or is success the deal you just cut, the sale you just made, the number you just achieved?
Where does passion come into play as it relates to your success? Or is success something you’ll never quite achieve because you keep chasing it. Is success something you keep redefining? And failure…what is it really?

Success for me depends on the particular situation. While there is never success in a vacuum, as one gets older it’s hard to ignore the feeling of “success” from being in the warmth of loving family and friends.

Hi Ev,
Great questions to ask one’s self about success and passion, for me, it lies in the monent we are living our passion which is essentially not being afraid of being who we are.
